The V-type regulating ball valve adopts the equal percentage V-type cut on the specially designed spherical surface, so that it has relatively high adjustable ratio in addition to good control performance. During the action process of the plug, effective shearing can be formed between the V-type cut on the spherical surface and the seat. Assisted by the straight-through flow channel, the valve is very suitable for controlling fibrous media, pulps, powders and other fluids, gases and vapors.
The V-type spherical surface after special treatment can realize continuous and stable action without obstruction. The sealing performance of the valve can be checked just after removing the seat and its supporting rings, so that the maintenance becomes very fast and simple. The body connection types such as clamping type and flange type are available for selection.
